Introducing Chloe Winsor, a vibrant 16-year-old French Immersion from Carbonear, who is excited to be the 20th Anniversary Miss Teen Trinity-Conception! Chloe’s journey in pageantry began in 2019 with Junior Miss NL, and since then, she has grown into a confident and passionate young woman eager to inspire others.

Chloe is a true advocate for community involvement.  As a member of her school’s student council for two years, Chloe has been instrumental in organizing leadership conferences, sports events, and school dances. But her passion for swimming goes beyond just volunteering—it's her happy place. The water is where she feels most at peace, and it’s no surprise that she has turned this love into a teaching opportunity.

Chloe is also a gifted writer, discovering her artistic side through journaling and poetry, which helps her express her thoughts and emotions. She loves expressing her creativity through painting and sketching and she loves to cook and bake with her family and friends. A natural leader, Chloe has earned several notable awards over the years, including the Dawn Butt Memorial Award in 2019, the 2024 Teen Leadership Award for her fundraising efforts for Shriners Children's Hospital and the 2025 STAND for Hannah Award winner. She was also inspired at a young age to give back when she participated in Shave for the Brave at just six years old, donating her hair to bring smiles to those in need.

Looking ahead, Chloe is passionate about working with children and has spent over a year as a swim instructor, guiding young swimmers and acting as a role model for them. She hopes to continue this path, knowing her future will involve positively impacting the lives of children.

Chloe has attended two National Conferences learning about Truth and Reconciliation and had the privilege of meeting some of the residential school survivors including Phylis Webstat.  She also attended the Canadian Student Leadership Conference in Ontario this past October where she met incredible leaders that inspire her to make a positive impact on the world. Chloe is passionate about Blood Donation and is excited to turn 17 this year so that she can make her first donation.

Chloe is passionate about traveling and has gained a love for experiencing different cultures and seeing the wonders of this beautiful world. She is thrilled to travel through the beautiful Trinity & Conception Bays as Miss Teen TC 2025-2026, connecting with local communities, learning more about the area's rich history, and sharing in the unique spirit and warmth that defines this part of Newfoundland & Labrador. With her deep love for her province, Chloe is excited to make new memories, forge lasting friendships, and inspire others as she continues to grow as a leader.
